Hi everyone, hope you are all well and ready to (at last) have some hope, positivity and 'normality' back in our lives...
This blog is written a little later than when I would usually compose this at the beginning of the month, as I moved house and oh my gosh how busy and stressful that is! However, after a longgg intense and to be honest emotional journey, we're finally in, settled, and I love it. There's lots to do but me being the creative the person I am, have visions for it all.
My shop AT LAST is re-opening too on Monday! I'm so excited and quite frankly buzzing around like a bee trying to get everything organised in time. Obviously we closed at Xmas so have had to find time to restock and redo everything in-store to have it all set-up for a new season, new looks, new colours and finally I can say that's all done too!
So both home and business are good to go and as always are a work in progress. I'm always thinking of new ideas, new ventures, and ways of presenting things to give old things a fresh look, for example all my old fashion collection of fabulous books from home are now displayed in the shop with a selection of shoes and accessories and they look fabulous!
My oldest piece of antique furniture too wouldn't fit into my new house so that too has pride of place within the shop!
Reinventing... that's good to do, like we reinvent, change, and grow ourselves constantly throughout our lives to hopefully better it in ways we think we need, and maybe even at times we didn't think we needed it at all.
I'm excited to welcome all my wonderful loyal customers back in-store where I have missed real life, real eye to eye contact, real banter and of course real customer service dreadfully, so here's to exciting and better times ahead... let's just hope for sunshine too! So we can all relax in our new outfits and have a well earned celebratory drink 'outside' of course, for now...
In the meantime, stay safe, and as always stay stylish.
